The Tibet Military Region sent a forward command team to the front line of rescue and sent an advance team to Changsu Township, Dingri County to investigate and understand the situation.
A certain unit of the Tibet Military Region is urgently building an emergency tent.
The Western Theater Command quickly launched an emergency response, established an emergency rescue and disaster relief command system, and dispatched a drone to the epicenter to investigate the disaster situation. On the afternoon of the 7th, the personnel from the forward command post took the Yun-20 plane to the earthquake-stricken area to coordinate the earthquake relief work.
At 17:20, the power supply in Dingri County, Xiegeer Town, Gangga Town, Jiacuo Township, Rongxia Township and Kema Township have resumed.
At 21:00, the reporter saw in Cuoguo Township that rescue workers were urgently building emergency tents, and staff from the power department were repairing the power to ensure power supply to the resettlement site, and all the affected people were properly resettled.

At around 22:00, the first batch of more than 5,800 cotton tents, cotton coats and quilts urgently allocated to Tibet by the Office of the National Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief Committee, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the State Food and Material Reserve Bureau, have arrived at the earthquake-stricken area of Dingri County, Shigatse.
For the temporary interruption of signals in Cuoguo Township, Changsuo Township and Quluo Township in Dingri County caused by the earthquake, all mobile signals in the three places have been lifted through emergency communication and rescue.
In order to ensure the basic medical needs of the disaster area, the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region immediately launched a medical emergency medical rescue team composed of 43 medical staff from emergency departments, surgery, hand anesthesia, medical technology and other departments; the Tibet Military Region sent a rescue team composed of more than 70 medical personnel and 20 rescue vehicles to carry relevant emergency medicines and medical devices to the front line of the disaster area.

Chiyanglam, a villager in Yubai Village, said that when the earthquake occurred, it was the time when the family was about to get up. At that time, an earthquake warning was set on her mobile phone. After receiving the reminder, she woke her family up in time and ran out.
"The circuit in the village was broken, but the communication was smooth, the traffic facilities were basically fine, and vehicles could arrive," said Ciyangram.

Cuoguo Township Primary School, Dingri County, Shigatse City, is now a transit station for material distribution and transportation. The reporter saw here that the affected people had received blankets, quilts and other cold protection supplies.
At the end of the night, in the tent in Jiding Village, Cuoguo Township, the elderly and children had covered themselves with thick quilts and lay down warmly; the villagers in Chajiang Village, Changsuo Township also had the first hot supper after the disaster.
