The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a notice to deploy the 2025 national public employment service special activity, covering key groups such as college graduates, migrant workers, registered unemployed people, and people with employment difficulties, as well as various employers, so as to achieve continuous recruitment information and unstoppable employment services, and continue to create a "10+N" public employment service special activity brand.
The notice clarifies the arrangements for 10 activities throughout the year.
First, focus on people with employment difficulties, and launch the "Employment Assistance Month" from mid-December 2024 to late January 2025 to concentrate on helping workers with employment difficulties, zero-employment family members, registered unemployed people and other workers to find employment and start businesses.
The second is to focus on rural labor and carry out the "Spring Breeze Action" from January to March to promote rural labor to find employment nearby and return home to start businesses.
The third is to focus on young groups such as college graduates, and continue to implement six activities including the national urban joint recruitment of college graduates in spring and autumn, the 100-day and 10 million recruitment special action, the youth employment service action for college graduates, the national human resources market employment service action, and the special recruitment of college graduates in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, Qinghai, Tibet, etc., providing services such as policy implementation, rights protection, and assistance to difficulties, to promote employment and entrepreneurship of young people such as college graduates.
Fourth, focus on employers such as private enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and organize two activities, namely the Private Enterprise Service Month and the Golden Autumn Recruitment Month in April and October, to improve the effectiveness of enterprise-related services and promote the connection between human resources supply and demand.
Human resources and social security departments at all levels will strengthen organizational leadership, mobilize social forces, form a working synergy, be close to grassroots people, promote service downward, promote live broadcasting, deepen digital empowerment, create characteristic brands, strengthen publicity and promotion, and investigate and punish illegal acts.
