In 2025, the home appliances that enjoy the old-for-new subsidy will be increased from 8 categories (refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, computers, water heaters, household stoves, range hoods) in 2025 to 12 categories in 2025 (new microwave ovens, water purifiers, dishwashers, and rice cookers). In terms of specific subsidy standards, if individual consumers purchase products with level 2 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards among the above 12 household appliances, the subsidy standard is 15% of the product sales price; if products with level 1 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards, the subsidy standard is 20% of the product sales price. Each consumer can subsidize 1 piece for each product. For individual consumers to purchase three types of digital products such as mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and bracelets (the sales price of a single piece does not exceed 6,000 yuan), a subsidy will be given at 15% of the product sales price. Each consumer can subsidize one piece for each type of product, and each piece does not exceed 500 yuan.

In 2025, we will actively support the replacement of home improvement consumer goods. Increase subsidies for individual consumers to purchase items and materials during the renovation of old houses, kitchen and bathrooms, and home-friendly transformation, and actively promote smart home consumption.

In 2025, accelerate the promotion of electric bicycles for old trade-in. For individual consumers who sell old electric bicycles for scrap and purchase new cars, subsidies for old replacement will be given; for those who sell old lithium-ion battery electric bicycles for scrap and purchase new lead-acid battery electric bicycles, subsidies can be appropriately increased.
