CCTV News: According to data from the General Administration of Customs compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in March 2025, 568,000 vehicles were exported, a month-on-month increase of 35% and a year-on-year increase of 15.9%, and the export amount reached US$9.59 billion, a month-on-month increase of 36.5% and a year-on-year increase of 1.7%. From January to March 2025, 1.538 million vehicles were exported, an increase of 16.4% year-on-year; the export amount reached US$25.737 billion, an increase of 2.2% year-on-year.

In March 2025, 39,000 vehicles were imported, an increase of 8.7% month-on-month and a decrease of 27% year-on-year; the import amount was US$1.94 billion, an increase of 6.8% month-on-month and a decrease of 32.4% year-on-year. From January to March 2025, 95,000 vehicles were imported, a year-on-year decrease of 39.4%; the import amount was US$4.94 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 44.6%.
