Xia Jun, director of the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, said that in March this year, the Ministry issued the "Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on the Management of Land Use Plans in 2025", which coordinated the annual land use plan of 6 million mu, optimized the planning allocation method, and enhanced the accuracy and utilization efficiency of factor allocation. Adhere to the coordination of the supply of various factors, implement the "projects follow the planning and factors follow the project", rely on the "one map" to coordinate and resolve spatial conflicts, and accelerate the coordination and linkage of land, forests, grass and sea elements.
