CCTV News: Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation has deployed a pilot work to optimize the consumption environment. This pilot work focuses on the implementation of the "Special Action Plan for Promoting Consumption" and the "Three-Year Action Plan for Optimizing the Consumption Environment (2025-2027)", focusing on optimizing the consumption environment and making precise efforts to stimulate the vitality of the consumer market.
This pilot work selected 48 regions to participate, combined with regional differences, and classified pilot projects in inland coastal areas, east and west and regions and regions of different economic scales. Through diversified practices, we will summarize common laws and characteristic paths to provide multi-level reference for policy promotion at the national level. Based on the responsibilities of the market supervision department, we adhere to innovation-led and practical orientation, with the core goal of improving consumption convenience, comfort and satisfaction, through systematic surveys, we focus on studying and deploying 17 key pilot tasks such as "promoting the cultivation of safe consumption entities" and "comprehensive governance mechanism for consumer rights protection", and exploring the release of consumption potential by optimizing the consumption environment.
In addition, this pilot work requires the pilot areas to base themselves on local realities and focus on the pain points and difficulties in optimizing the consumption environment. Based on the existing work, we plan practical, new and effective measures to form replicable and popularizable experiences and practices, and use the pilot results to drive the comprehensive improvement and improvement of the consumption environment.
