It is expected that from 08:00 on April 16 to 08:00 on April 17, there will be strong winds of 5 to 6 levels and gusts of 7 to 8 levels in most parts of Xinjiang, western Tibet, most Qinghai, Gansu Hexi, northern Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, most Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, eastern Henan, northern Shandong, northern Jiangsu and Anhui, and eastern Yunnan. Among them, the average wind speed in eastern Xinjiang and along Tianshan Mountains, western Inner Mongolia and other places is 7 to 8 levels and gusts of 9 to 10 levels, and the gusts of gusts in the Shankou area of Xinjiang can reach about 12 levels; some waters in central and southern Yellow Sea and northwest East China Sea will have southwest winds of 7 to 8 levels and gusts of 8 levels.
