The reporter learned on March 20 that the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Committee) recently approved the issuance of the national standard "Digital Transformation Management Reference Structure". This is the first national standard for infrastructure in the field of digital transformation developed and released by my country, and it is of great significance to the standardization construction in the field of digital transformation.
This standard focuses on issues such as "what to do", "how to do" and "roadmap" for digital transformation, and proposes the main perspective and process methods of digital transformation. Focusing on the gradual play of the driving role of data elements, it proposes step-by-step implementation requirements and maturity levels in stages and grades, providing enterprises with an effective architectural model that conforms to the development laws of digital economy and digital transformation, helping enterprises clarify the system architecture, main directions, key tasks and development paths of digital transformation, so as to promote digital transformation more pragmatically and effectively and achieve innovative transformation and development.
The main contents and achievements of this standard have been carried out on a large-scale industrial application nationwide, forming a digital transformation online and offline diagnosis benchmarking system covering all provinces and cities and more than 100 industries across the country.
