Li Chunlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said in response to a question from CCTV reporters on the Central Station that boosting consumption requires coordinated efforts from all aspects. The "Special Action Plan for Boosting Consumption" mentioned that various economic and social policies such as finance, taxation, finance, industry, and investment should reflect the policy orientation of promoting consumption. This includes real capital investment, financial funds, trade union funds, consumer assistance, etc., as well as relevant policy support such as macro-policy orientation consistency assessment, financial credit, statistical system reform, and rest and leave rights protection.
For example, in response to the prominent pain points such as "the prevalence of overtime culture", the plan specifically proposes relevant measures on "protecting the rights and interests of rest and leave". By strengthening implementation supervision, the paid annual leave system is implemented, and it is clear that workers' working hours shall not be extended illegally. At the same time, flexible staggered leave is encouraged, and places with conditions are encouraged to set up spring and autumn leave for primary and secondary schools, etc. I believe that with the implementation of the plan, my country's consumer market will have a stronger growth momentum and a better consumption supply will also bring more improvement and convenience to everyone's lives.
