2. Survey method: The sales price survey of newly built commercial housing is a comprehensive survey, and the basic data is based on the online signing data of the local real estate management department; the sales price survey of second-hand housing is a combination of key surveys and typical surveys. The basic data comes from the reports of real estate brokerage agencies or housing service platforms and the on-site price collection by investigators.
3. For details of the calculation method of the price index, please refer to the "Real Estate Price Statistical Reporting System".
4. If there is no transaction in a city that month, it will be deemed that the price level has not changed overall.
