According to data provided by Zhonggong Education, more than 20 provinces have recruited a total of 165,241 civil servants this year, an increase of 12,757 from last year, an increase of 8.4%. Among them, five provinces recruit more than 10,000 people, namely Guangdong Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Hebei Province and Hunan Province.
The province with the fastest increase in the number of civil servant recruitment is Qinghai Province, with 2,380 recruits, an increase of up to 97.5%.
For grassroots front-line positions, some provinces have set up a certain number of recruitment plans in the process of recruiting civil servants, and some positions have relaxed the application requirements and tilted towards grassroots positions.
Henan Province has made it clear that in this provincial examination, Henan Province has arranged a total of 5,901 civil servant recruitment plans for the county-level and below government agencies, accounting for 77.4% of the province's recruitment plans. At the same time, a certain number of plans will be arranged to recruit local household registration or students, grassroots service project personnel, and retired soldiers from college graduates, strictly implement the minimum service life regulations in townships and maintain the stability of the grassroots team.
Hubei Province has made it clear that in this provincial examination, the positions in grassroots institutions in difficult and remote areas will be taken to reduce the threshold based on actual job needs, such as reducing academic qualification requirements, relaxing professional conditions, and not restricting working years and experience.
For fresh college graduates, some provinces have arranged for civil servant recruitment plans to recruit fresh graduates, and have relaxed the application requirements in terms of age, grassroots work experience, etc.
Jilin Province has made it clear that applicants must be over 18 years old or under 35 years old, and the 2025 fresh master's and doctoral students will be relaxed to under 40 years old.
