Clear the responsible parties under common prepaid consumption transaction models, clarify that unfair terms such as non-refunding of payments, no card loss, and restricting card transfer should be deemed invalid in accordance with the law, and make it clear that consumers have the right to request operators to return the prepaid principal within seven days from the date of payment... The judicial interpretation has made a series of provisions to solve the problems faced by consumers such as difficulty in identifying, returning cards, transferring cards, and providing evidence.
At the same time, the judicial interpretation clearly prevents dishonest behavior of abuse of rights, guides the parties to abide by the contract, pays attention to avoid improperly aggravate the responsibility of the business entity, etc., maintains honesty and trustworthiness, and strengthens the protection of operator rights and interests.
