Mao Ning said that regarding the Counter-espionage Law, I would like to point out that safeguarding national security in the form of domestic legislation is a common practice in all countries. China's law enforcement and judicial activities are carried out based on facts and laws. As long as the enterprise operates legally and individuals act in accordance with the law, there is no need to worry. China will be committed to high-level opening up to the outside world, continue to create a market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment, and continue to provide high-quality services for foreign investors to invest in China.
