Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, March 10 The second meeting of the Executive Chairman of the Presidium of the Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the afternoon of the 10th. On behalf of Zhao Leji, executive chairman of the presidium of the conference and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Li Hongzhong, executive chairman of the presidium of the conference and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, presided over the meeting.

The meeting heard the report of Xin Chunying, Chairman of the National People's Congress Constitution and Law Committee, on the amendment of the draft decision of the National People's Congress Constitution and Law Committee on the amendment of the Delegation Law of the National People's Congress and local people's congresses at all levels, and reviewed the voting draft decision on the amending the Delegation Law.

The meeting heard a report from the Secretariat of the Congress on the review and revision of the work report of the National People's Congress Standing Committee by Liu Qi, the Standing Committee of the Congress Presidium, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Congress, and the Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and the report on the review and revision of the work report of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The draft resolution of the three reports was reviewed respectively.

The meeting heard and reviewed the report of the Secretariat of the Conference on the handling of the proposals made by Liu Junchen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Congress and Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

The meeting agreed to submit the report, draft voting, draft resolution and report of the above-mentioned amendments to the third meeting of the Presidium of the General Assembly for deliberation.

Wang Dongming, Xiao Jie, Zheng Jianbang, Ding Zhongli, Hao Mingjin, Cai Dafeng, He Wei, Wu Weihua, Tie Ning, Peng Qinghua, Zhang Qingwei, Luosang Jiangcun, and Xueklaiti Zaker attended the meeting.
