Fu Xiaoyun introduced that in order to improve the medical level of county-level hospitals in poverty-stricken areas in the western region, the country continues to implement the "Thousand County Project" and carry out group-based medical talent support and assistance, supporting hospitals in Tibet, Xinjiang, and Qinghai and the People's Hospitals in key counties for rural revitalization assistance, and has dispatched more than 80,000 medical staff from tertiary hospitals.
Under this background, in 2022, Fu Xiaoyun came to Sandu Aqua Autonomous County People's Hospital and worked with the medical team members to carry out the hospital's talent training, management capabilities improvement, and construction of five major centers and county medical communities. As for county-level medical construction, he has this experience: First, we must teach people both fish and fish. The training of medical talents in county-level hospitals is the top priority of the work. Through diversified training mechanisms such as expert teaching, tutor system, and clinical step-by-step teaching practice, we can cultivate "white-clothed warriors" with "rural genes" and leave a work team that cannot be taken away.
