This year, there are 12.22 million fresh college graduates, the scale of working for the people who have been lifted out of poverty needs to remain above 30 million, and a large number of rural migrant workers need to achieve stable employment.
Employment is a family matter, and it is also a state matter. This year's government work report clearly defines the expected goal of economic growth of about 5%, reflecting the need to stabilize employment and benefit people's livelihood. The employment target of urban surveyed unemployment rate of about 5.5% and urban new employment is clarified, which reflects the requirements of greater efforts to stabilize and expand employment, and focuses on doing a good job in five aspects:
First, promote the construction of an employment-friendly development model. The second is to organize and implement employment support plans. The third is to effectively improve the efficiency of matching people and positions. Fourth, focus on promoting entrepreneurship to drive employment. Last year, the entrepreneurial guarantee loan was 270 billion yuan, and this year it has increased its efforts. Fifth, ensure stable employment for key groups.
