Wang Xiaoping, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, said that this year, the skill-oriented salary distribution system will be strengthened, and the policy documents will be issued to increase the salary distribution incentives for skilled talents in state-owned enterprises will be introduced, so as to reasonably improve the salary standards for front-line production skills positions. Support collective wage negotiations in areas and industries where skilled talents are gathered, implement guidelines for the salary distribution of skilled talents, guide the reasonable determination of the starting point of skilled talents, promote wage allocation to the front line of production and urgently needed skilled talents, and improve the treatment level of skilled talents.
