- Tailor-made service products for the elderly to make consumption satisfactory for the elderly. Further optimize the supply of elderly care products, improve product service quality and aging-friendly design level, and support the research and development and breakthroughs of key technologies for elderly products. Promote the construction of a livable environment for the elderly. Accelerate the cultivation of leading enterprises with strong driving force and wide radiation, support local governments to build high-level silver economic industrial clusters according to local conditions, improve the service experience of the elderly, and form a more diverse service format and a more prosperous consumer market.
——Stimulate the endogenous momentum of silver hair consumption and allow the elderly to consume with peace of mind. Further improve the social security system and deepen the reform of the basic pension insurance system. Promote the establishment of a long-term care and protection system that connects relevant insurance, welfare and assistance. Innovate the elderly care charity model, gather more elderly care charity resources, and enhance the vitality of the silver economy market.
——Create a good consumption environment for the elderly and allow the elderly to consume with confidence. Strengthen departmental coordination and cooperation, formulate and implement special support policies around the sub-sectors of the silver economy. Optimize market order, guide the elderly to develop a rational consumption concept, and provide elderly consumers with a safe, reliable, fair and transparent consumption environment. Increase the crackdown on fraudulent behaviors of old age and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly.
