The reporter learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Accreditation and Supervision Commission) recently issued an announcement to revise the Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the Service Trade Agreement between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao" and the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the Service Trade Agreement between the Mainland and Macao" and the "Agreement II of the "Agreement II of the Service Trade Agreement between the Mainland and Macao" to promote the further opening of the field of mandatory product certification (CCC) to Hong Kong and Macao, so as to facilitate testing and certification agencies and related enterprises to make better use of open measures. The relevant measures will be officially implemented from March 1.
This revision allows Hong Kong and Macao certification agencies recognized by government-approved institutions of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and with relevant mandatory product certification capabilities to expand the scope of CCC factory inspections and post-certification supervision sampling from the entire mainland to the whole world through cooperation with designated certification agencies in the mainland. In addition, the cooperation agreement between Hong Kong and Macao certification agencies and designated certification agencies in the Mainland has been changed from the approval system to the filing system, which simplifies the implementation procedures and facilitates cooperation between institutions.
The issuance of the implementation guide will further strengthen cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao in the field of testing and certification, and promote the continuous improvement of the liberalization and facilitation of service trade in the three places.
