CCTV News: In order to fully ensure the employment needs of enterprises after the Spring Festival and help job seekers in the capital find their favorite jobs, on February 28, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and relevant units held a special job fair for "Employment Express to Beijing" at Beijing West Station, providing employment guidance, legal consultation and online resume direct investment services.
On February 28, nearly 100 enterprises set up employment consultation points in the north exit hall of Beijing West Railway Station, providing more than 3,000 jobs, covering services, finance, manufacturing and other fields. Many passengers carrying luggage followed the instructions and went straight to the job fair to start their journey to find a job. According to statistics, the job fair attracted more than 3,500 people to participate, and 517 people initially reached employment intentions. The job seeker who just submitted his resume said: "When returning home, I saw a job fair here. I didn't take a resume. I can also generate a resume in one click, which is more convenient."
At present, it is the 2025 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Human Resources and Social Security Cooperation Activity Month. The job fair on that day also attracted many companies from Tianjin and Hebei. They hope to take advantage of the traffic advantages of Beijing West Station to recruit talents that are suitable for the development of the enterprise. A certain employer recruits staff said that as a production and manufacturing enterprise, it mainly recruits general workers. The traffic flow of Beijing West Railway Station is relatively large, so there are also many resumes received.
According to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as of mid-March, Beijing plans to hold more than 500 online and offline job fairs to promote high-quality and full employment. Du Yang, director of the Beijing Job Introduction Service Center, said: "According to the characteristics of the population and industry, professional and precise job fairs will be held to resume work and production in the economy and society, promote a "good start" in the first quarter, and provide more human capital."
