From today, 10 cities including Xuzhou, Huaibei, Zaozhuang, Shangqiu, Suqian, Lianyungang, Heze, Jining, Linyi, and Suzhou have officially signed a cooperation framework agreement, which clearly defines the innovative service mechanism of "full-process online service as the main and offline assistance as the auxiliary" as the core, and uses cutting-edge technologies to achieve efficient information sharing while ensuring data security. The Ministry of Natural Resources stated that this is the latest action to "cross-provincial handling" for real estate registration in my country, and will further improve the level of "cross-provincial handling".

Hu Shanshun said that my country is currently vigorously promoting Internet + real estate registration, and has fully realized the nationwide "cross-provincial handling" of three businesses: pre-registration, mortgage registration, and registration data inquiry. At present, all counties and above cities in the Yangtze River Delta have achieved full online processing of high-frequency services. At the same time, cross-provincial processing of key areas such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Chengdu-Chongqing, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and central provinces are simultaneously promoting cross-provincial processing to facilitate people to apply for certificates remotely in other places.

According to reports, personnel exchanges, buying houses, buying property, and investing in the four provinces and ten cities are frequently developed, and are closely connected. Taking Zaozhuang, Shandong Province and Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province as examples, according to statistics, in recent years, the average number of commercial housing buyers with household registration in Zaozhuang City has purchased more than 1,000 units per year.
