Today (February 27), the All-China Federation of Trade Unions launched the 2025 "Trade Union Helps Employment" campaign in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Trade unions in Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and other places jointly signed regional employment cooperation agreements, and 12 enterprises and colleges and universities signed "school-enterprise + trade union" employment cooperation agreements, deepened trade union employment cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, promoted workers to achieve high-quality full employment, actively leverage their talent advantages, and enhance regional economic vitality.
According to reports, the "Trade Union Help Employment" action in 2025 will run throughout the year. Trade unions at all levels will be guided by employee needs, improve and perfect the "universal + precision" union employment service system, and provide job recommendations, training management, school-enterprise cooperation, employment assistance and other precise employment services for job seekers and employers.
The 2025 "Trade Union Helps Employment" campaign will be carried out based on the "Employment Assistance Cloud" platform for trade union services employees. The platform is a public welfare, intelligent, and direct employment service platform built by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. It was launched on the "Workers' Home" App in July 2024. The platform includes five terminals, including employee mobile terminal, enterprise mobile terminal, trade union mobile terminal, trade union PC terminal, and enterprise PC terminal. It has functions such as online job search, job release, resume upload, online communication, and provides diversified services such as live job development, information release, and publicity and display.
As of now, the platform has settled in 70,200 companies, provided 2.837 million jobs, and held a total of 274 live job-taking activities.
