Appoint Du Jiangfeng as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education; appoint Qi Jiabin as Director of the State Civil Service Bureau; and appoint Sun Youhong as President of Southeast University (vice ministerial level).
He Guangcai was removed from his position as deputy minister of the Ministry of Education; Xu Qifang was removed from his position as director of the State Civil Service Bureau; Du Jiangfeng was removed from his position as president of Zhejiang University.
