A: In recent years, 11 companies including Scalio and BRINC UAV have carried out so-called military and technical cooperation with Taiwan despite China's strong opposition, seriously damaging China's national sovereignty, security and development interests. China holds it illegally liable in accordance with the laws of the "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China", "National Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China", and other laws, and in accordance with Article 2 of the "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities", etc.

China has always carefully handled the issue of unreliable entities lists, and only targeted a very small number of foreign entities that endanger our national security in accordance with the law.
