CCTV News: According to the website of the State Intellectual Property Office, the State Intellectual Property Office issued a notice on carrying out regional cooperation and assistance for the intellectual property service industry, focusing on the needs of the western region, the Northeast region and the Hainan Free Trade Port in terms of intellectual property service talent team, professional capabilities, business development, etc., give full play to the comparative advantages of the eastern region's resource endowment, establish a regional cooperation and assistance work mechanism for the intellectual property service industry, explore new ways and new models for the coordinated development of the intellectual property service industry, effectively improve the level of intellectual property service, and better support the high-quality development of the regional economy. Coordinate the cooperation and assistance pairing relationship between the eight eastern provinces and the 11 western provinces, the three northeastern provinces and Hainan provinces with a small number of intellectual property service agencies and a weak foundation. In about three years, we will establish and improve the regional cooperation and assistance mechanism for the intellectual property service industry, cultivate a group of high-end patent and trademark agent talents for the western region, the northeast region and the Hainan Free Trade Port, drive the development of intellectual property service industry in emerging business formats and high-end fields, improve the service capabilities and levels of intellectual property rights, better meet the needs of industrial innovation and development, and gradually form a good pattern of regional coordinated development of the intellectual property service industry, providing strong support for the implementation of major national regional strategies.
