"We are working hard to complete the partition walls, exhibition hall boards and prescribed passages on the negative second floor of the M19 transfer area before the seventh day of the Lunar New Year!" We put on a gray cotton coat and walked down the ladder cage, Wang Wei started a new round of staring. During this Spring Festival, he and his colleagues fought continuously in order to ensure that the Xinlongze Station, the largest subway station in Beijing, can be successfully completed as soon as possible.
Wang Wei's identity is the production manager of the 04th project of the Rail Transit Line 13, Beijing Construction Group. On the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, the reporter followed Wang Wei's footsteps and came to the construction site in the southwest corner of the Beijiao Farm in Changping District. Deep underground nearly 30 meters above the ground, workers were working in a tense and orderly manner, pouring concrete in front and laying rock wool quilts.
"What is now insulating maintenance after the partition wall is poured." Wang Wei explained that generally speaking, when building a partition wall in a subway station, it is necessary to first tie steel bars, support molds to reinforce, pour the wall, and then use rock wool quilts to insulate it. "The temperature difference between construction in winter is large. Only by laying a rock wool quilt can you ensure that the temperature when the concrete solidifies meets the requirements of the construction plan."
This is a arduous and tedious task! Just like the quilt cover at home, it is flat and well-paved, but the concrete for maintenance of partition walls requires rock wool quilts to be closely attached to the wall, and the upper and lower parts are made of strips and sealed, so that six or seven workers are required to come on the stage at the same time. In the cold winter night, the rock wool quilt has to be heated with a fan. To ensure safety, workers often keep a night of watching.
More nervous support in the mold frame. During the Spring Festival, there is only three days left for the site to complete the support of the concrete casting frames for the negative second-layer beams, slabs, columns, partition walls and other structures. For this reason, the workers worked two shifts on day shifts and did not dare to stop for a moment.
Every late at night, Wang Wei will personally check the details. "The line laying, laying plates, and calibrating the position of the upright poles must be strictly followed according to the construction plan; the buckle nodes should be tightened in place, and the connecting parts should not be loose; the on-site mold frame construction personnel must hang seat belts." Wang Wei said a lot of key points in one breath.
"I'm not afraid of being tired, I just miss homesick." Lao Li, a worker from Hebei, is not inferior to a young man when doing work. He always arranges the steel bars quickly on the grid, horizontally and vertically, and tightly fit the seams. During the Chinese New Year this year, Lao Li and his colleagues ate sauce meat and dumplings on the project, and watched the Spring Festival Gala, and celebrated the "Reunion Year" in another way. "There is a steel bar tied to me in such a large subway project, and it feels quite accomplished to think about it."
From the smooth pouring of the first section of the bottom plate, to the smooth capping of the station, and to the construction of the main structure of the M19 transfer area, Wang Wei clearly remembers every key node of the project in the past year. As the "main general construction manager", this is the third Spring Festival he spent on this project at the age of 37, and he is tightened by the progress of the construction period every day in the first lunar month. "Only by seizing the construction window of the Spring Festival can we catch up with the renovation progress of the entire subway station in early March and ensure that the new Longze Station is completed on time and in quality." In the evening, when the reporter walked out of the construction site, the commercial buildings and residential buildings near Tongcheng Street were lit, and New Year's songs came from the street, and the New Year atmosphere was strong. Looking back, more than 180 workers who have been building the Xinlongze Station are still sweating, and it will be another sleepless night of struggle.
