The main line of Baoyin High-speed Railway, with a total length of 519 kilometers, is an important part of my country's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network from Beijing to Lanzhou. The section from Baotou to Huinong opened this time is 422 kilometers long and has a total of 10 stations. In the initial stage of operation, the train's top speed is 250 kilometers per hour. Among them, the fastest travel time from Hohhot to Yinchuan is reduced to 4 hours and 3 minutes, and the fastest travel time from Baotou to Yinchuan is only 2 hours and 38 minutes.

The Shantou-Shantou High-speed Railway has been fully operational

At 10:30 on December 22, as the G9787 EMU train left Shantou Station, it marked the official opening of the Shantou-Shantou southern section of the Shantou-Shantou High-speed Railway. Among them, the section from Shantou South to Shanwei has been opened for operation on December 26, 2023. The opening of the last section from Shantou to Shantou South will help further shorten the time and space distance between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Eastern Guangdong Special Economic Zone.
