The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the 17th, deciding to conduct an end-of-term review investigation of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported n-propyl alcohol originating in the United States starting from November 18, 2025.
According to the recommendations of the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff Commission of the State Council decided that during the period of anti-dumping measures expiry review investigation, anti-dumping duties will continue to be levied on imported n-propyl alcohol originating in the United States in accordance with the scope of taxable products and tax rates announced by the Ministry of Commerce in 2020 Announcement No. 46. The anti-dumping duty rates levied on each company are as follows: 254.4% for Dow Chemical Company, 267.4% for OQ Chemical Company, and 267.4% for other US companies.
