Li Chunlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said that the "Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption" is a comprehensive document that takes the lead in managing the general administration. Every department must implement it well, and subsequent implementation requires comprehensive efforts from all departments. Relevant functional departments are actively stepping up the formulation of policies on childcare subsidies, labor wages, etc., and will be issued one after another in the future. After the release of the "Plan", there will be special work plans from several departments, and various policies will be further refined and implemented.
