CCTV News: On March 17, the International Organization of the World Internet Conference held a press conference in Beijing to introduce the basic situation, overall preparation progress and highlights of the 2025 World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit. The summit is hosted by the World Internet Conference, hosted by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and co-organized by the Hong Kong Innovation and Technology and Industry Bureau. It will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from April 14 to 15. The theme is "Integration of Digital and Intelligence Leads the Future - Working together to build a community of shared future in cyberspace". Guests from all walks of life from government, enterprises, academic and research from all over the world will jointly respond to the development proposition of the digital and intelligent era. The summit will be held on the morning of April 14, the main forum and the Digital Future Forum will be held in the afternoon, and three sub-forums will be held in parallel on the morning of the 15th, including artificial intelligence model, digital finance, digital government and smart life.

During the Asia-Pacific Summit, we will focus on issues such as the general and specialized development of artificial intelligence models, cost reduction in technological innovation, open source ecological construction, multi-modal applications, and high-computing chips, etc., and invite corporate executives and experts and scholars to contribute ideas, discuss new concepts and new strategies for the high-level development and application of artificial intelligence models, and work together to open a new chapter in the future of digital intelligence; we will focus on how to further promote the organic integration of the financial industry and digital intelligence technology to promote the deepening development of inclusive financial services and build a credible inclusive financial ecosystem; governments, smart life enterprises leaders and experts and scholars will be invited to jointly exchange practical cases and solutions for digital technology to empower government governance and urban and rural life, promote the close integration of digital technology with various fields such as social governance, public services, and security management, and build a more inclusive and convenient digital society.

During the Asia-Pacific Summit, a government-enterprise exchange meeting will be held, and middle- and foreign ministerial officials, high-level representatives of industry institutions will be invited to have in-depth exchanges with the conference member companies on innovative technology to promote economic development and help enterprises go overseas. At the same time, the World Internet Conference 2025 Practical Cases and Leading Science and Technology Awards Promotion Conference (Hong Kong Station) will also be held to introduce the application requirements for the two activities, invite representatives of previous award-winning projects to share their experiences, and organize the "Entering China Unicom International·Membership Activity Day" based on previous high-quality cases. The Digital Seminar of the World Internet Conference will hold an advanced training course on cybersecurity emergency response capabilities. In addition, research results such as "Empowering Global Sustainable Development with Inclusive Artificial Intelligence Governance" and "Comparative Research on Global Cross-border Mobility Policy", and series of reports on the Think Tank Cooperation Plan will also be released at the summit.
