This "Plan" proposes seven major actions, including: action to promote income growth for urban and rural residents, action to guarantee and support for consumption capacity, action to improve quality of service consumption, action to benefit the people, action to update and upgrade bulk consumption, action to improve consumption quality, action to improve consumption environment, and action to clean up and optimize restrictive measures. The "Plan" targets a series of important factors affecting consumption, such as consumption capacity, consumption supply, consumption environment, and restrictive policies in the consumption field, and proposes a number of specific measures to further promote the release of consumption potential.
