央视网消息:农业农村部、国家卫生健康委、工业和信息化部日前发布《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2025—2030年)》(以下简称《纲要》)。 The Outline proposes to promote nutritional agricultural production, food processing and food consumption to form a more balanced and healthy dietary nutrition structure. The Outline proposes six key tasks, including increasing the supply and consumption of high-quality protein foods, promoting the supply and consumption of foods rich in dietary fiber, and accelerating the research and development and processing of nutritious foods. On the basis of ensuring the safety of my country's food supply quantity, we pay more attention to food quality and nutritional safety, and expand from grain to other major foods such as vegetables, fruits, poultry, meat, aquatic products, and dairy industries.

《纲要》提出,在食物消费方面,豆类、肉蛋奶、水产品、蔬菜、水果等富含优质蛋白质和膳食纤维食物,人均年消费量稳步提升。

In terms of food and nutrient intake, it is recommended that the per capita daily energy intake remains at about 2150 kcal for men and 1700 kcal for women; the daily intake of protein is sufficient, and the per capita daily intake of high-quality protein accounts for more than 50%; the per capita daily dietary fiber intake increases to 25-30 grams, the intake of edible oil is reduced to 25-30 grams, and the intake of salt and added sugar does not exceed 5 grams and 25 grams, respectively.
