The reporter learned from the National Standards Committee today that the national standard "Basic Requirements for Resources and Technology of Digital Cultural Center" will be implemented from April 1.

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for digital resources, technology platforms, and data management in the construction and services of digital cultural centers, so that local governments can refer to and unify construction standards in the process of building digital cultural centers, and thus realize the co-construction and sharing of digital cultural resources. At the same time, in combination with the actual needs of the connection between the digital cultural center platforms in various places and the national public cultural cloud, the data fields are clarified in the standards to provide the basic framework for online and offline digital services for the construction of digital cultural centers.

The release and implementation of this standard will help improve and standardize the construction of digital cultural centers in various places, promote the digital transformation and development of cultural centers, and improve the level of public cultural services and social influence.
