Xi Jinping pointed out that in the 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Morgan Stanley, the relationship between the two countries has achieved great development. The two sides insist on sincere friendship and equal treatment, political mutual trust and traditional friendship continue to deepen, and cooperation in the fields of communications, environmental protection, sports, arts and other fields is distinctive and fruitful, becoming a model for friendly cooperation and common development between countries with different sizes, different historical cultures, and different social systems. I attach great importance to the development of China-Morbique relations and am willing to work with Prince Albert II to take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as a new starting point, promote the continuous progress of China-Morbique relations and better benefit the people of both countries.

Albert II said that Mozambique and China have different sizes, cultures and national conditions, but they have always insisted on mutual respect, exchanges and mutual learning, and have achieved fruitful cooperation in the fields of environmental protection, ocean, economy and trade, and culture. President Xi Jinping’s state visit to Monaco in 2019 is an unforgettable national event for all Monaco people.
