The reporter learned from Wuhan Customs today that in the first professional cargo hub airport in Asia, Hubei Ezhou Huahu International Airport, has launched an international cargo route for two years (from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025), a total of 10,953 inbound and outbound cargo flights and 387,100 tons of imported and exported cargo mail volume. The cargo transportation radiates to Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa, and 42 countries and routes to jointly build the "Belt and Road" and reaches 28 countries and regions.

Including, in the first quarter of this year, the airport had 2,943 inbound and outbound freight flights and 105,600 tons of imported and exported cargo mail volume, an increase of 4.6 times and 4.3 times respectively year-on-year.
