The reporter learned from the Ministry of Education on March 14 that the Ministry of Education recently issued a notice to deploy universities in all regions to seize the critical period of employment promotion after the spring start of school, and with the theme of "focusing on expanding jobs and improving services, and spring toughening to promote employment", the "Spring Employment Promotion Action" for 2025 college graduates from March to April 2025.

The notice proposes to accelerate the recruitment of policy positions and strive to recruit early and multiple positions. Local education administrative departments should strengthen overall coordination, arrange entrance examinations as soon as possible, and encourage relevant departments to carry out recruitment of local civil servants, public institutions, state-owned enterprises and various professional qualification examinations as soon as possible, and moderately expand the scale of recruiting college graduates.

The notice also mentioned that we should explore and broaden the employment space at the grassroots level and increase policy incentives and guidance. Local education administrative departments should actively coordinate with relevant departments to study and introduce new policies to promote employment growth.
