Xi Jinping pointed out that this year marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore. Xi Jinping stressed that China and Singapore must firmly grasp the general direction of friendship between the two countries, always view and develop China-Singapore relations from a strategic height and long-term perspective, and ensure that the course is not biased and the momentum is not diminished. We must build a solid political foundation for China-Singapore friendship, support each other's core interests and major concerns, and serve the development of bilateral relations with higher levels of political mutual trust.
