Ten years ago, at the opening ceremony of the first ministerial meeting of the China-Latin America Forum, President Xi used "a young seedling that broke through the ground" to describe the China-Latin America Forum. Ten years later, at the opening ceremony of the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Latin America Forum, President Xi said: "Over the past ten years, with the careful cultivation of both sides, the China-Latin America Forum has grown from a young seedling to a tall tree." At the opening ceremony, Xi Jinping announced that China and Latin America have joined hands to launch five major projects to jointly seek development and revitalize, and jointly build a community of shared future between China and Latin America.
