On the morning of May 13, President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the 4th Ministerial Meeting of the Forum of the China-Latin America and Caribbean Countries at the National Convention Center and delivered a keynote speech.
Xi Jinping stressed that no matter how the international situation changes, China has always been a good friend and partner of Latin America and the Caribbean countries, and has moved side by side with Latin America on their respective modernization journeys and jointly written a new chapter in building a community with a shared future between China and Latin America.
