The forum is themed "Exchange and mutual learning, technology empowerment - the civilized power in transformation and development". The guests at the meeting said that President Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the need to establish a civilization concept of equality, mutual learning, dialogue and inclusiveness. China's global civilization initiative has stirred up a wide and far-reaching response all over the world.
