At this point, major rivers in the Northeast region, such as the Nenjiang River, Songhua River, Heilongjiang River, and the main stream of the Ussuri River, have all opened the rivers on the entire line, and my country's anti-flushing work from 2024 to 2025 has been successfully completed.
According to reports, the above-mentioned rivers have three characteristics this year: First, the river is closed late and the river is opened early. The date of closing the river is generally more than 7 days later than usual, and the date of opening the river is generally more than 3 days earlier than usual. Second, the water level of Kaijiang River is relatively high and the ice layer is relatively thin. Except for the upper reaches of the Nenjiang River, the water levels of the Songhua River, Heilongjiang and Wussuri River are 0.2 to 2 meters higher than the previous year; except for the ice layer of the Ussuri River is slightly thicker than the previous year, the ice layer of the Nenjiang River, Songhua River and Heilongjiang River is 5 to 20 cm thinner than the previous year. Third, the Kaijiang River water situation is generally stable. The water levels of all rivers are below the warning level, and no ice flood disasters have occurred.
