The Eight Central Regulations are the first important party regulations formulated after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and are also an entry point for improving work style.
On February 20, 1991, at the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee Work Conference, Xi Jinping, then Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee, clearly stated to the city's cadres the spirit of "do it right away" for the first time. Since then, "do it right away" has taken root and sprouted in Fuzhou.
Time passes by, in today's Fuzhou Municipal Government Service Center, the fine style of "doing it right away" has been deeply rooted in Fuzhou.
