In Mianyang Science and Technology City, Sichuan, this new energy company is producing "integrated packaging" lithium alloy batteries. After the full cultivation of the local "pilot platform", this new battery has moved from the laboratory to the market in less than half a year.

The "Pilot Platform" consists of three parts: an online service platform, an offline operation center, and a pilot base industrial park. Enterprises publish technical needs to universities or research institutions, and scientific research institutions or achievement holders issue lists to find the market, so as to promote the effective integration of scientific and technological achievements and production. Since the platform was launched, it has provided pilot services to 50 companies and promoted 20 results transformation. In the next step, Sichuan will focus on 15 key industrial chains including artificial intelligence, aerospace, new energy, medicine and health, promote the continuous integration of innovation chains, industrial chains, capital chains, and talent chains, and promote the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements into new quality productivity.
