The reporter learned on March 13 that since 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Committee) has newly developed and issued 57 national standards in the logistics field, covering logistics infrastructure, equipment and equipment, multimodal transport, green and low-carbon, and providing standard support for promoting the efficient flow of resource factors and improving economic operation efficiency.

Released the new version of the national standards of "Logistics Park Service Standards and Evaluation Indicators" and "General Technical Requirements for Digitalization of Logistics Parks", further improve the service content and quality requirements provided by different types of logistics parks for companies that have settled in, refine the management requirements of logistics parks in terms of equipment intelligence and green development, and guide the logistics park to upgrade the park's digital operation and management level from eight aspects: reservoir area management, business management, asset management, safety and emergency management, and carbon management, and overall improve the operating efficiency and service quality of logistics nodes.

Released the national standard for "Container Multimodal Waybills", unifying the five-unit and 29 information items of the container multimodal waybill, as well as the requirements for filling, retention and circulation of the waybill, supporting the realization of "one entrustment, one order to the end, one box to the end, and one settlement" for container road and rail and water transport.

The national standard for the "Evaluation Index for Urban Green Freight Distribution" was issued, and an evaluation system for urban green freight distribution development level, including 20 indicators such as standard pallet usage rate and the proportion of new energy in urban logistics and distribution vehicles. National standards such as "Requirements for Restricting Excessive Packaging in Express" refine the evaluation standards for express overpackaging from three aspects: adaptation of express packaging boxes, number of express packaging layers, and usage of sealing tape, and continuously promote the greening, reducing and recyclable logistics packaging.

Released the national standards of the "Guidelines for the Application of International Trade Terms Transportation Terms", and compared with the "General Rules for Interpretation of International Trade Terms 2020" issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the abbreviation code and brief interpretation of the rules of international trade terminology rules are given, and suggestions are put forward for the application of trade terminology rules, the use of shipment terms, the use of transport documents, and the delivery of goods, to support the solution of problems such as inaccurate application of terms by shippers, carriers, consignees, etc. when signing contracts due to different transportation practices and modes of transportation in various countries, such as inaccurate application of terms, unclear transportation responsibilities, and unclear cost statements when signing contracts.
