This year's government work report proposes to "prosper and develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries." Culture will prosper the country and prosperity will prosper, culture will be strong, and nation will be strong. Without a high degree of cultural confidence and cultural prosperity, there would be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Building a socialist cultural power is an inevitable choice for our country to build socialism with Chinese characteristics and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and an inevitable choice for the Chinese nation to strengthen itself and realize great rejuvenation.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has stood at the overall and strategic height, incorporated cultural construction into the overall layout of "five-in-one", and focused on leading and promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and put forward a series of new ideas, new views and new conclusions on propaganda, ideological and cultural work.

In the past two years, with the empowerment of advanced digital and intelligent technology, a large number of new cultural communication scenarios have emerged in my country, and more excellent cultural products have gone global.

At present, our country is undergoing extensive and profound social changes, which provides strong impetus and broad space for cultural innovation. Therefore, we must thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, strengthen the Party's overall leadership over cultural work, firmly adhere to the path of cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, keep a good political direction and stand firm in the political stance, firmly grasp the fundamental principles of stimulating the vitality of cultural innovation and creativity of the whole nation, ensure that cultural innovation and creation are stable and far-reaching in the path and direction unchanged, refine the cultural symbols of the new era, and create more masterpieces with cultural value, artistic taste and humanistic feelings.

At the same time, we actively promote technological empowerment to provide support for the high-quality development of culture. Focus on breakthroughs in the integration of culture and technology, and use the Internet, digitalization, and artificial intelligence as technical support to cultivate and develop new quality productivity in the cultural field to ensure the improvement of quality and efficiency of the cultural industry. Continue to strengthen mechanism construction, improve a high-quality cultural industry system and a standardized and orderly cultural market system, and allow culture to empower economic and social development. In the future, we must also improve the public cultural service system, establish a mechanism for high-quality cultural resources to reach the grassroots level, strive to provide the masses with high-quality, efficient, fairer and sustainable public cultural services, actively build an open and shared pattern, build a supply and demand docking platform, support social forces to widely participate in public cultural services, promote the integrated development of cultural heritage and public cultural services, and further meet the masses' new needs and new expectations for a better life.
