Xinhua News Agency, Shijiazhuang, March 5 (Reporter Feng Weijian) On March 5, the Administrative Approval Bureau of Langfang City, Hebei Province and the Business Environment Bureau of Xiong'an New District jointly signed the "Government Service "Regional Service" Framework Agreement" at the Xiong'an New District Government Service Center. 3,380 government service matters at the Langfang City level and counties (cities, districts) under its jurisdiction were realized with the Xiong'an New District.
Langfang City is adjacent to Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an New Areas. Over the years, Langfang City has actively integrated into the overall situation of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and has worked with Beijing and Tianjin to establish a government service linkage mechanism to create a service model of "homogeneous, same effect, and same standard", realizing the cross-regional "online handling" and "integrated intelligent joint handling" of government service matters, improving the quality and efficiency of regional cooperation.
On the basis of realizing the "regional service" of government services with Beijing and Tianjin, Langfang City has actively connected with Xiongan New Area in response to the needs of enterprises and the masses for off-site service, and promoted the "wide-regional service" of government services at the municipal level and counties (cities, districts) under its jurisdiction with Xiongan New Area. According to the "Regional Service Framework Agreement" of Government Services", Langfang City and Xiongan New Area are guided by the needs of enterprises and the masses to handle services in other places. Both parties will gradually standardize application materials, processing procedures and time limits, etc., and improve the standardization of the services.
At present, the government service centers in Langfang City and Xiongan New District have set up special cross-regional service windows. Applicants can submit applications in the government service hall of any of the two places to handle government service matters covering corporate investment, social affairs, market services, transportation management, people's livelihood services, etc., truly realizing "one place acceptance and two places to handle", reducing service costs and time.
