Zhang Yuzhen, who was elected as a member of the National People's Congress for three consecutive terms, has worked in the field of environmental protection for more than 20 years. Before the National People's Congress this year, she had just retired from her former unit, Fujian Provincial Institute of Environmental Sciences, and was still running on the front line, doing her duties with all her heart and passion.
In Zhang Yuzhen's view, the NPC deputies are not only an honor, but also a heavy responsibility. Since serving as a member of the National People's Congress, she has put forward nearly 70 proposals and suggestions on issues related to ecological environment protection and the construction of a beautiful China, and has made suggestions to help the country's ecological civilization construction.
The 2025 National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference is about to be held, and Zhang Yuzhen will continue to fulfill her mission with the research results of the new year.
