In the past few days, in Yizhuang, Beijing, humanoid robots from all over the world have gradually gathered to make final preparations for the world's first humanoid robot half-marathon that is about to start. Today, 78 innovative "robot+" products have been promoted in Beijing to be used in 93 scenarios.

Scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation are the basic paths to developing new quality productivity. General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the integration and development of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, from proposing to deploy innovation chains around the industrial chain; to requiring the clearance of the "fast lane" connecting applied basic research and industrialization to promote the precise docking of innovation chains and industrial chains; and during this year's National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping made new arrangements again, requiring the creation of a joint innovation platform between schools, enterprises and local governments to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation, and to make the innovation chain and industrial chain "seamlessly connected".

Not long ago, my country just completed the first large-scale inventory of existing patents for universities and scientific research institutions across the country. Nearly 1.35 million existing patents, more than 940,000 of which were included in the convertible resource library, and accurately connected with 450,000 companies. This inconspicuous white plate in front of us not only has excellent properties such as high strength, fire resistance and water repellency, but its raw materials also come from by-products of industrial production. The production process only requires room temperature and pressure, and the energy consumption is extremely low. During this inventory, this preparation patent that had been sleeping for many years was successfully matched with a building materials company that urgently needed green new materials. The products had just been mass-produced, and universities also received 85 million yuan in technical capital increase.

Now, platform construction and market services between the innovation chain and the industrial chain are also constantly improving.

This year, my country plans to build more than 5 pilot platforms with international advanced levels. At present, there are more than 2,400 local pilot platforms across the country, covering multiple fields such as raw materials, equipment manufacturing, and information technology; more than 150,000 industrial enterprises above the scale have carried out pilot activities, significantly reducing the cost and time of industrialization of new technologies.

At the same time, various places have launched a series of new services to promote the integration of "double-chain". In Shenzhen, a science and technology achievement supermarket, new technologies such as synthetic biology and biomanufacturing are displayed on the "shelf" in the form of cards. Scan the barcode on the card, and the relevant application scenarios, industrial cooperation and other information quickly appeared on the big screen. After only one month of trial operation, the amount of contract signed exceeded 10 million yuan. In Shaanxi, Xi'an Jiaotong University recently established the School of Technical Managers. These technical managers can help scientists become entrepreneurs, solve their problems in the process of enterprise construction and financing, and provide full-chain companionship services from the technical end to the market end.

Now, innovative paths for enterprises to "set questions", scientific research institutes to "take questions", jointly "answer questions", and ultimately "test questions" on the production line are being formed at a faster pace, allowing science and technology and industry to go in both directions, form a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion, cultivate more development momentum for "newness" and "quality" and continue to stimulate strong momentum for high-quality development.
