The logo is directly above the five-pointed star, which is set against the red, symbolizing the Party’s overall leadership over emergency management work. The logo is mainly red and blue, red is like fire and blue is like water, expressing the expression of going through fire and water and serving the people wholeheartedly.
The word "man" is the people first. The word "man" is held high, expressing the value concept of adhering to people-oriented and "people first, life first".
The word "中" is united. Each character "people" is similar to the "Great Wall", symbolizing unity, collective efforts, and collective prevention and control, and jointly building a "Great Wall of Steel" for safe development of the people's defense line.
The word "an" means peace and prosperity in the country. Conceptualization presents the word "safe", expressing the important responsibilities of emergency management departments to prevent and resolve major safety risks, protect the safety of people's lives and property, and their beautiful vision for peace and stability.
The relevant new media platforms of the Ministry of Emergency Management, "Mobile Emergency" and other application software will be updated to use the official logo. At the same time, it is advocated that emergency management departments at all levels apply signs to various scenarios such as conference activities, office places, new media platforms, and emergency rescue sites, further shape the image of the emergency management system and spread the emergency characteristic culture.
