Citizens in Huzhou, Zhejiang said: "Like this grass seed vegetable, it is okay to stir-fry it with garlic now, and you can scramble eggs with Chinese toon."
As the "hot cake" among spring vegetables every year, Chinese toon is now on the market. According to merchants, the Chinese toon currently sold is basically airlifted from Kunming, Yunnan, with a price of about 75 yuan per catty. Other seasonal spring vegetables such as Malantou and grass seeds are priced at 10 to 15 yuan per catty, and the supply is in short supply.
A vegetable wholesale market merchant in Changxing, Huzhou, Zhejiang said: "It's sold now. Grass seeds, malant heads, and artemisia arboreal can sell about 20 kilograms a day. The price is just slightly higher now."
As the weather continues to warm up, the growth rate of spring vegetables will accelerate and the supply will continue to increase, and the prices will generally decline.
